   Moved the akaCam camera service from Python and OpenCV to C++ and GStreamer, wrote an RGA acceleration plugin, and shared frames over shared memory and ZeroMQ.

9. 2025Compass Award

   FIRST Tech Challenge Vietnam gives it to a coach who supported a team through the season. Students nominate by video.

    Three Triton kernels: QK norm fused with RoPE, SiLU fused with FP8 quantisation, and the ShortConv decode step. Off by default, guarded, falling back to the stock path.
